information systems (21.66%).
3. In response to the pandemic, 21.90% of indigenous enterprises
have changed their operational and sales methods. Among them,
the most adopted change is "starting to manage social media
presence" (12.97%), followed by "joining food delivery platforms"
(3.47%), "selling goods through social media applications" (3.25%),
and "starting to utilize mobile payment" (3.16%). Meanwhile,
78.10% of indigenous enterprises have made no changes in
response to the pandemic.
V. Statuses of applications for loans and government grants:
1. Indigenous enterprises are most familiar with the "Indigenous
Comprehensive Development Loan Fund" policy (60.42%),
followed by the Protection Act for the Traditional Intellectual
Creations of Indigenous Peoples (40.22%), relief and stimulus
measures (31.20). Policies that help with obtaining credit guarantee
are the least known (23.15%).
2. Of all indigenous enterprises, 14.76% have applied for an
Indigenous Comprehensive Development Loan Fund. Among them,
most (6.36%) applied for microeconomic activity loans, followed
by youth entrepreneurship loans (5.98%). Enterprises that have
never applied for a loan through this policy account for 85.42%.
3. Among the enterprises that have applied for an Indigenous
Comprehensive Development Loan Fund, 75.86% had their
applications approved, and the average loan amount is
NT$1,115,100. For enterprises with unapproved applications, the
reasons for application rejection were mainly "the applicant is not
eligible to apply" (18.12%), "lack of collateral" (18.12%), and
"incomplete application documents" (17.80%).
