(7) Provision of business information via the Internet: Of all
indigenous enterprises, 45.66% provide business information
via the Internet, while 54.34% do not. Among those who do
not do so, 6.45% (581 enterprises) have expressed that they
have such needs. Among the enterprises that provide
business information through the Internet, Facebook is
utilized by most (81.40%), followed by LINE@ (32.96%),
and Google Merchant (31.48).
(8) Mobile payment: Of all indigenous enterprises, 14.59%
provide mobile payment options for sale transactions.
Enterprises that do not do so represent 85.41%, and 10.65%
(960 enterprises) of which expressed that they have such
needs. Among the enterprises that provide mobile payment
options, Taiwan Pay is the most utilized mobile payment
brand (71.86%), followed by LINE Pay (45.63%), and
JKOPay (22.05%).
(9) Online sales: Of all indigenous enterprises, 23.92% make
sales via the Internet. Enterprises that do not do so make up
76.08%, and 9.10% (820 enterprises) of which expressed that
they have such needs. Among the enterprises that make sales
via the Internet, Facebook is the most utilized platform
(70.12%), followed by LINE (33.50%).
(10) Digital system: Of all indigenous enterprises, 12.55% have
introduced digital systems. Those that have not done so make
up 87.45%, among which 12.98% (1,170 enterprises)
expressed that they have such needs. Among the enterprises
that have introduced digital systems, POS systems are the
most utilized (55.00%); followed by purchases, sales and
