2 本文使用Sarawak一詞的中譯，乃根據馬來西亞華語規範理事會在參考華族文化協會的建議下於
2004年的官方宣佈，將Sarawak統一譯為「砂拉越」。
3 官方與原民社群背後更深層的權力不平等關係，呼應國家法律在土地權上的話語霸權，即其法
律效力凌駕傳統習俗的社會共識。像《1958年砂拉越土地法》或2015年修正訂立的《森林法
令》，皆否定原住民族土地自主權的先驗，並以「永續森林」和「系統管理」等慣用價值論述來
鞏固政府在林業巨大財庫的優勢。
4 林業出口產業其背後彰顯政權與森林治理機構之間在收益分割上的裙帶關係，甚至鞏固泰益瑪目
（Abdul Taib Mahmud）在砂拉越超過三十餘年的首席部長政權地位（參Faeh 2011; Straumann
2014）。泰益瑪目隨後在2014年宣佈退位，後來在2017年上任的現任首席部長阿邦佐哈里
（Abang Johari Tun Openg）著手打擊非法伐木活動，在環境開發上主張以科學治理和推動如
水力發電等再生能源計畫，凸顯政府在環境治理論述上的動機轉向。
