8. Future willingness to participate in vocational training: As of
December 2019, 13.69% of the indigenous workforce indicated that
they would like to participate (or participate again) in vocational
training conducted by government or private institutions, while
86.31% of the indigenous workforce indicated that they would not.
For those who wanted to participate in vocational training (or
participate again), the most wanted course was "computers and
information" (23.87 per 100 persons); that was followed by "hotel
management and food services" (23.70 per 100 persons); for those
who did not want to participate in vocational training (or participate
again), the main reason was "not being able to fit with vocational
training hours" (50.85 per 100 persons).
9. Demand for employment services: The highest relative number of
requests for government-provided employment services from the
indigenous workforce in December 2019 was for "employment
information" at 10.34 per 100; this was followed by "job matching"
and "employment counseling" at 5.45 and 4.37 per 100, respectively,
while 85.88 per 100 indicated no demand.
10. Participation in social insurance programs: 99.96% of the indigenous
workforce had participated in social insurance as of December 2019,
with National Health Insurance having the highest relative
participation (98.55 per 100); this was followed by Labor Insurance
(45.22 per 100), while 0.04% did not participate in any social
insurance.
