4. Labour disputes: 2.99% of Indigenous labourers who were working in
December 2019 had a labour dispute, with the highest relative number
for "unpaid wages (including time recording errors)" at 77.41 per 100.
5. Whether indigenous discrimination has been encountered in the
workplace: The proportion of the indigenous workforce who were
working in December 2019 who had experienced discrimination in the
workplace because of their being indigenous was 6.46%, an increase
of 1.51 percentage points from December 2018; the proportion who
did not experience discrimination because of their being indigenous
was 93.54%.
6. Self-assessment of work ability: Indigenous people who were working
in December 2019 self-assessed their current work ability with an
average score of 7.40.
7. Participation in vocational training: 13.09% of indigenous people
participated in vocational training conducted by government or private
institutions (including 12.66% who had previously participated;
0.43% who had not previously participated but were currently
participating), and 86.91% had not participated in vocational training
conducted by government or private institutions. Among those who
had participated in vocational training, 38.36% did not take up any
work related to the content of the vocational training, the main reason
for which with the highest relative frequency was "no job
opportunities" (25.82 per 100 persons), followed by "too busy with
housework" (19.20 per 100 persons).
