VIII. Vocational Training and Others
The following items come from the December 2024 incidental survey
questions.
1. Occupational Accidents: In the past year, 0.99% of indigenous
people experienced an occupational accident in the workplace.
2. Work safety and occupational disaster prevention advocacy: Of
the indigenous people who had work experience, 49.61%
expressed that they have received work safety and occupational
hazard prevention guidance, while 50.39% expressed that they
have not.
3. Receiving occupational safety and health (OSH)-related courses:
59.42% of the indigenous people who had work experience
expressed that they have taken OSH-related courses.
4. Labor disputes: 0.45% of the indigenous people who had work
experience have encountered labor disputes.
5. Workplace discrimination against indigenous people: Of the
indigenous people who had work experience, 0.63% were
discriminated against in the workplace because of their
indigenous status. Those who had not experienced discrimination
because of their indigenous status accounted for 99.37%.
6. Participation in vocational training: 11.90% of indigenous people
have participated in vocational training conducted by the
government or private institutions (including 11.65% who have
previously participated and 0.25% currently participating), and
